Amatuka	I don't really know what's 'special' about 'については' that isn't just 'について' + 'は'
誠	I agree with Amatuka, は is somehow an emphasis of the topic of sentence. ex3812, is interpreted as について　＋　はなしてください ex3819, i think 「危険はたとえあるとしても少ない」 would be natural. Otherwise, 「危険はほとんどない。」

petra	Question about something unrelated to については: #3819 たとえあるとしても Is there a difference in that and たとえあったとしても ? Are these interchangable? I thought it had to be 'atta'...
赤毛	I corrected #3811 according to what Mikiさん said. I changed #3814 which was the same as #293. I corrected #3817 English translation.
