AmatukaThis is one of the weaker 'because' words, if you see what I mean. 
AmatukaIn other words, the causal relationship isn't always spelled out in obvious terms in translations of sentences with 'node', hence the 'and' option. 
dcnode is almost a connector between phrases, whereas karaniha is much stronger. 
MikiBut you cannot replace 'node' with 'karaniha'. Please see kara.
